I am writing to express my sincere thanks for your help last year in returning me to good health. In 1999 I started having dizzy spells accompanied with violent vomiting. By the end of 2004 these episodes increased until they were happening every other day. My life was completely turned upside down. I had to finish work because of them. My life as I knew it had come to an end. In March 2005 my husband took me along to see you and I told you what my problem was.
